Adjust your graphic settings
If you're struggling to run Prominence Poker at higher settings, you might be able to win back some FPS by following these steps:
- Open the Main Menu
- Select Options
- Select Video Options
- Choose a lower Graphics Quality from the available options
If you're still having performance issues, try repeating the process and selecting a lower graphic quality.
Update your graphics drivers
Outdated drivers can create technical issues with specific games or programs even if others are running fine. Updates are released routinely, so even new computers can have out-of-date drivers.
Identify your graphics cards make and model
- Press Windows Key + R
- Type DxDiag and hit OK
- Click the Display tab
- Your graphics card make is shown next to Manufacturer
- The model is next to Chip Type
