What is Prominence Poker?
Prominence Poker is a poker game that pits players from around the world against each other – and devious AI – to build the rep, prestige, and bankroll needed to be, and beat, the best of the best.
Where can I play Prominence Poker?
Prominence Poker is playable on Steam, XBox One, XBox Series X/S, PS4 and PS5. Best of all: it's free to play!
How often will you be updating the game?
We release large scale updates every few months, with smaller events or item drops occurring more frequently. For the latest news on upcoming releases keep an eye on our social channels or forums!
What poker system does Prominence Poker use?
Texas hold-em - you can find more info in-game via the How to Play section in the main menu.
When I play, am I betting real world funds?
Nope. Players use Chips to bet at tables and to purchase in-game items. Players can purchase additional Chips if they wish but there's no requirement to do so and Chips cannot be exchanged for real-world funds.
Is Prominence Poker cross-platform?
Currently no, but our development teams are aware there's a desire for this. Rest assured it's on our radar!
Can I transfer my progress between platforms or accounts?
Your progress is linked to the third-party platform account you currently use to play Prominence Poker and there is no way for us to safely transfer this progress between platforms or accounts for you.
Can I play single or multiplayer?
Both! Dive into an engaging solo mode or try your skills against opponents online.
I've used a Boost and changed my mind. Can you undo it?
Unfortunately not. We have no way to remove or return a prestige boost after it is consumed due to technical limitations.
I'm having an issue with achievements or trophies. What should I do?
All achievements or trophies are managed by Microsoft, Sony or Steam (depending on your platform) and we aren't able to assist with these issues. You'll need to get in touch with the support team of the relevant platform instead!
Why can't I receive/equip some clothing items?
Currently, due to technical limitations, clothing items are gender locked. This means you can only wear or receive certain clothing items, dependent on your current character (male or female.)
Can I purchase loot cases?
Loot cases cannot be purchased in Prominence Poker. Instead, you unlock them through in-game progression.
