Track down your purchases
You can review all the recent purchases made on your third-party platform account by following the relevant process below:
- Review your recent Steam purchases
- Review your recent Xbox purchases
- Review your recent PlayStation purchases
Follow the above advice and see if you can identify a purchase that matches the charge on your bank account.
Track down your receipt
Regardless of which platform you use to play, you should have been sent an email for any purchases made on your account.
The email will have been sent to the email address registered to your account and should explain when it was made, what it was for and which account the purchase was made on.

If you still aren't sure what you've been charged for you'll need to get in touch with the relevant payment team for further support.
I don't know what platform provider I've been charged through
You can identify whether the payment in question was made through Steam, Xbox or PlayStation by reviewing the payment on your bank statement. The description of the charge should include the following:
